To ensure a seamless collaboration, we ask our clients to contact us at least two weeks before the project starts. We require details such as the number of professionals needed, required skills, project duration, expected working hours per week, location, and scope of work.
Based on this information, we provide a list of available experts, including their names, professional CVs, certifications, language skills, and essential documents (A1, DBS, Freistellung, etc.).
The client can then confirm the team or request adjustments. Once finalized, we agree on terms, conditions, and pricing, and sign the contract to proceed with the project.
While we follow this structured process, we remain flexible and always ready to accommodate our client’s needs.
